2. Our products
VIIITAL Ltd develops and sells nutritional products intended to support health and wellbeing. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our products should not replace a healthy balanced diet and regular physical activity

3. Who can purchase from us
Our products are available for purchase by members of the general public aged 18 and over, and by registered healthcare professionals. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe a product is being purchased inappropriately or for resale without our prior written consent.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. A contract between you and VIIITAL Ltd is only formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we identify an error in the product description or price, or if we are unable to verify your payment.
Please ensure all details you provide when placing an order are accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept most major debit and credit cards.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timescales and charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
7. Returns and refunds
Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
If you are a consumer purchasing from our website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is your statutory cancellation right.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at enquiries@viiital.co.uk. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminishment in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at enquiries@viiital.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage.
Refund processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to products that have been opened or used, or where the seal has been broken for hygiene or health protection reasons, unless the product is faulty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIIITAL Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, loss of data, or any adverse health outcome.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid by you for the products in question.
